We have our own commercial kitchen in Osborne Park, where our team of Chefs prepare our products from sandwiches & wraps, fresh croissants, salads, quiches, pies, fresh pasta, sweets & pastries.

The kitchen opens at 5am each day and our team prepare the wholesale orders for coffee bars, cafes & restaurantsand some of the top Delis in Perth.

By 9am we have delivered the wholesale and we start delivering Corporate morning teas and early lunches. Afternoon teas run into evening functions, from high profile formal functions to private parties. The kitchen gets a well deserved clean from top to toe in preparation for the next day's business.
